Located in the landmark building in Nanshan area and facing the sea, the design inspiration for this office came from the ocean. Stepping into the reception area, you are welcomed by a bright and open space full of natural light, with specially designed metal waves decorated on the ceiling throughout the entire reception area, attracting people's view towards the sea and sky outside. The reception desk looks like an island or a ship in the middle of the sea. With a 360-degree open landscape, the stunning view can be accessed by all the employees. Read moreRead lessRobarts Spaces is hiring a Senior Project Manager and a Senior Interior Designer for our Shenzhen Studio.
We are seeking a mature PM, experienced in managing large, complex projects; trustworthy; a unity builder; excellent leadership and negotiation skills; bilingual; sustainability champion; and licensed (Grade 1 preferred).
The Senior Interior Designer will have excellent design skills and sensibility, able to work carefully and reliably on multiple projects efficiently, be a unity builder, problem solver, and be a role model in upholding company values.
Primary responsibilities include communicating design principles and functional requirements with Robarts Spaces team and clients, developing conceptual and schematic design with the Design Director and managing design development through completion of project. They will source new materials, products, and have a strong awareness of design trends and regularly communicate on and off site with Project Management, engineering, design and construction teams, ensuring quality design concepts are correctly executed.
