The new BOSS & YOUNG headquarters in Xintiandi, Shanghai, spans 4,500 square meters across two floors connected by an internal staircase. One floor serves as the meeting and reception area, while the other is dedicated to office space. The design features a modern minimalist style with a gray-and-white color palette, blending natural materials like stone and wood with glass and metal. The meeting floor includes a marble reception desk engraved with a calligraphy seal, symbolizing trust. It has multifunctional rooms, such as a brainstorming room, VIP room, and a boardroom. The garden corridor, with glass walls, maximizes natural light and offers views of Shanghai’s architecture. A tea room at the end of the corridor offers a peaceful space. On the office floor, the tea area serves as a central hub. The open-plan office is divided into zones, each with vibrant colors representing energy, professionalism, hope, and freedom.
