KIC Building Public Space

Shanghai | 667 sqm | 2024
The design of Shanghai KIC building Public Space is inspired by Hypercubes, using illuminated square boxes to create unique 3D forms, fostering a futuristic and innovative space. Starting with simple linear lights, it expands to 2D planes and 3D cubes, leading to the infinite possibilities of multi-dimensional space. The lobby features diverse lighting: bright and efficient on weekdays, colorful and festive on holidays, and adjusting with the seasons—fresh in spring, bright in summer, warm in autumn, and peaceful in winter. Eco-friendly materials like formaldehyde-free resin and frosted glass ensure health and sustainability, symbolizing endless multidimensional possibilities.
