The Global Design and Engagement team at The LEGO Group and Robarts Spaces co-created the “ShangHub” using a highly integrative design process, fulfilling an objective to create and nurture employee “engagement through design”. With range of workspace formats, such as an energizing work café, Zen Zone, Play Zone, team huddles, and silent spaces, and a zoning strategy for the 4,883sqm space, from Active at the highest floor to Quiet at the lowest, workspaces shift from highly collaborative to silent, empowering staff to choose their work setting and fostering productivity and creativity.
