Designed by Robarts Spaces, the 20,000 - square - meter complex combines outdoor gardens, architecture, and interiors into a cohesive ,immersive environment.Named "Tai", symbolizing prosperity and harmony, the building merges with surrounding views. Inside, robust designs create a stable "mountain" form, with water motifs flowing through each floor. Artwork throughout the building lends a refined elegance that complements the legal rigor. The grand lobby stone wall and metal sides resemble a waterfall, while the ceiling design suggust ripping water. On the 24th floor, the transparent and spacious reception area integrates with distant snow - capped peaks and rooftop gardens, where glass evokes an "ice wall". The 33rd floor’s quiet and refined design offers a panoramic view of the ever - present snowy mountains, embodying vitality.
