United Family Healthcare New Hope Oncology Center

This is the first LEED certified healthcare project in China. We provided both interior and exterior design, including new façades, building extensions, a roof garden and an extra basement floor to accommodate a bunker for the linear accelerator required for radiotherapy. The design brief was to create a state of the art facility for cancer care and renal dialysis, but feeling more like a club or hospitality environment welcoming to patients in longer term treatment.
